The
Social Committee will be responsible for the many social activities
that SYPA has throughout the year. The goal of the committee
is to create and arrange social events for members and to make
them more aware of fun activities in the Shoals, including social,
sporting, and cultural events. The committee's emphasis is on
the "play" portion of SYPA's mission of making the
Shoals a great place to live, work, and play.
Some of the events that we are planning each month include:
• A monthly happy hour at a different locale each month
• Sporting events
• Events at local Shoals area attractions
• Events that benefit charities involved with our Charitable
committee
