Basic Fee Schedule

1-5 Employees - $295

6-20 Employees - $295 plus $7 per employee over 5

21-50 Employees - $400 plus $5 per employee over 20

50 + Employees - $550 plus $3 per employee over 50

 

 

Multiple Locations - Same Owner

Determine the number of employees at all locations and refer to the above Basic Fee Schedule.  Add $50 for each additional location in the Shoals to receive mail and benefits.

Choose your location with the largest number of employees and refer to the above Basic Fee Schedule.  Add $150 for each additional business.

Small Business Blanket Investment 

This rate only applies to same owner/same business and when the owner of the first business owns 100% of each additional business.
